Modern Vespa

Hi All new to the forum

Was hoping the community may be able to point me in the right direction / advice on this please any help gratefully received

I imported a VLB and VBB from all vespa in Hanoi @2004 I visited the facility there and got 2 very well restored bikes. with some of the restoration parts mentioned in your blog but good quality. I imported, paid duty had documentation, but have since lost it and now wish to register the VLB without and original importation, doc and duty paid invoice do you know how I may get the bike registered,

engine Number is 31299 which denotes a post 1966 150 super engine. I think Chassis number illegible after paint and restoration.

Any help would be gratefully received.

moved to NSM due to the fact that we kinda, sorta know more about that round about way of doing things.

posting your location will help immensely. getting something reg'd and titled varies wildly state to state. so somebody local can always be of immense help!

Probably have to go the Vermont way to register. We register everything here as it helps with state funds!

Location is a uk postcode thats tied to about 5 houses, that probably needs editing as well.

Mike you will need to contact Vespa club of Great Britain whatever because you will need a dating certificate . I would ask them to send you the details on what you need to do because the scooters are over 40 years old. I know how to do the process for anything younger than that but the forms and process are different for that vintage as they won't need road tax or needing mot. You need the nova information to prove tax been paid and bill of sale is helpful.
