Good visibility could save your life riding at night. Size of this Admore light bar allow it to be installed inconspicuously while achieving much better rear visibility.

The reflectors on the top box are a good idea as well!

Good for you. One can never add enough in terms of visibility on a black scooter. Ride safe.

I've had good results with Admore Lighting Kit for my Givi top cases.

The light bars offer a more universal solution though.

The flashing brake light is a really good option to increase people noticing you:
So I got the tail light Goob suggested and...

Yes, it improves visibility.
But if it is brighter than your brake light, then I think it is not a good idea. Traffic behind you may react too late when you go for some urgent reason full in the brakes.

I think reflectors are always a very good idea. They are cheap, don't need energy and reflect the light of traffic behind you.

Had to redo wiring connection.

I have the same Admore system on my GTS. I detest flashing lights on vehicles. They are too distracting causing me to focus on them to the exclusion of other things going on around me. As we know from MSF classes you go where you look and I don't want some getting target fixation on the rear of my scooter. I won't be behind some using them any longer than it takes to get away from them, preferably by passing them.

I've often though of putting a thin brake* light along the top of the oem case. along the edge of where the cushion curls over if the makes sense. this is so stupid drivers sitting right up my behind might actually see my light. I'm overly interested in down low near the existing light or plate ..

* brake, not tail.

This is a good observation with regards to the issue of target fixation. But the Admore lightbar only blinks momentarily, more intended to warn/catch attention of the driver behind. So the observation above may not apply.

A single blink isn't a big deal but I've been behind a few with modulators that don't stop blinking. Those are the ones I can't ride or drive behind. I've also seen a few with headlight modulators which if anything are worse as they distract from watching the road in front of you.

That looks much better to me. The brightness is now comparable to your rear light. Your brake light will better get noticed.
