Pretty sure mine is a FACO, no drilling required! Mounts pretty easily as well. Don't use it very often, so nice to be able to remove when I want to.

Scooterwest "search" function is good. Pick of brand/model/style. Here is a quick example of a front rack, without drilling using the Scooterwest "search" function:

VESPA GT GTS CHROME FRONT RACK BY FACO (GT/GTS/GTV)

There are many flavors to be had. I see they have black, as well. Not sure about matte. Hope this helps? Best to you!

FACO, FA Italia, Cuppini, and if you can think of another company that makes front racks for the GTS, probably theirs too.

I have a FA front rack for Sunny like this:

https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/luggage-carrier-front-fa_FA00110

Mine has a metal strap that secures the bottom to the bodywork at the front fender cutaway. I lined that strap with thin neoprene to prevent scratching. That meant I had to use a slightly longer screw to reach the carrier.

Because front racks are made to fit both GTS and GTV scoots, they sit high on the front.
I would have preferred them to sit a little lower, but it means you can also strap stuff below the rack if you have clear space and don't obscure the turn signals.
That space is ideal for a tool roll with your puncture repair kit when the underseat storage is full of other stuff.

The quality of chrome differs considerably between manufacturers. The cheaper ones will start to pitt and show signs of rust very quickly. Whichever one you choose, try to regularly apply a coating of wax or light lubricating oil especially in damp/wet weather.

The OEM rack supplied with the 'Touring' GTS requires 3 holes drilled into the horn cover.

I've had the Faco no drill rack for several years and it is well made and sturdy. I placed clear vinyl paint protection film at all the contact point to prevent paint damage at those places.

The chrome does require some attention a few times a year to keep rust at bay, but that is true of all chrome. 10 minutes with Never-Dull wadding polish does the job.

As noted above, there are other options, but I have no personal experience with those.

It will also depend on which horn cover you have, I have a 2021 GTS 300 hpe, and the horn cover goes all of the way down the front. If you have a horn cover that only goes partway down then you would be able to use the "strap" style front rack.

Mine is this style.
