If I add a decal cut by my Cricut, is there a possibility the Vespa paint will fade?
Also, is there a good source to find decals or wraps for side panels or templates to print your own? I'm looking for a floral hibiscus design

I know nothing about a Circuit, but my wife uses the hell out of hers. She says you should check out Cricut's "Design Space" to see what they have available. Hope that's helpful.

Have a look at this thread, and search for Purple Hippo Company. They're not on ebay any longer: Custom stickers for ET side panels

My wife did some custom decals on her Cricut for my scoot for Cannonball last year.

I do believe that if left in place for a long time, you might get some paint discoloration/fade due to UV light on the uncovered areas. But that would likely take a very long time in intense sunlight.
Wife did the "Old No 7" on this side and the number plate on the legshield.

Beautiful Vespa and love the 007 theme.
I worry about the UV discoloration on the headlight but id imagine the metal doesn't fade as much.

Thank you Abner, This is a helpful resource. I can use the template shape that was posted on the eBay thread and modify in my cricuit design space. I will post results this weekend if I'm successful

CrazyCarl,

I loved the Old Number 7 decal. Does this indicate that you are
a Jack Daniels appreciator of fine whisky?

Then, the questions becomes, drink it neat, on the rocks, or mixed
with Coca-Cola?

Keen eye Bob!!! I typically enjoy bourbon neat, but sometimes enjoy it with ginger ale or Ale 8-1. Do love a good Manhattan as well.

For headlight discoloration, are you talking about the lense? If so, the 3M headlight restoration kit works really well. I've had exceptional results with it on several cars.

7 is my rider # for Cannonball, so I decided to have a bit of fun with the Bond and Jack Daniels logos.

CrazyCarl,

Thanks for your email. Enjoy all your posts.

I am sitting here reading your post with a Brandy Seven

the mouth end of the cigar.

If you come up with good template for side pane sides, I hope you'll be willing to share it. I've got one that would be fun to use with removable vinyl so they can be changed when ever wanted.

Hi from the Western suburbs! I was wondering about this myself, as I'm a Cricut newbie. Someone told me that if the decals can cause fading if they're in the sun a lot (I imagine around them?) Don't forget to post your results!!! I think I may try something with removeable vinyl... and maybe magnets. I subscribed to creativefabrica--tons of awesome svgs (Just watch for bad translations... LMAO! Pretty amusing sometimes)

It's the worlds most expensive and most misspelled scrapbooking device.

It's basically an automated cutter.

Nice to see people actually riding these things.
