I have a TM30 on a Pinasco 225

Watch out with what you use for an air filter, I was using a ram air filter and found out it was a restriction and changed my entire setup for needle jet and jet needle when I removed filter and connected bellow from frame to carburetor. Went really lean on bottom half of throttle.

Main jet is a 260

I've been experimenting with 25 and 27.5 pilot jets.

I haven't actually needed a fuel pump for normal use yet. I want to install a larger fuel tank which would put reserve fuel below carburetor fuel inlet.

Needle and seat depends on fuel pump pressure. I've been experimenting with one recommended here by another user. About the same pressure as a few feet of head pressure from gasoline. Could realistically be the same as a dirt bike with a full tank of fuel filled to top gravity feeding a carburetor.

0.05 bar (0.725 psi) to 0.1 bar (1.45 psi) - fuel pump rated operating pressure range.

1 foot of head pressure = 0.43 PSI
2 foot = 0.86 psi
3 foot = 1.3 psi
