Hey all. I hope everyone is doing well.
Having the issue with the tilt lock horn sounding when I engage it.
I noticed that when I was using the tilt lock the bike was not that steady on it.
Checked sensor on each wheel and the are fine. Checked the fluid level and saw it was low. But the fluid was clean so I topped it up. This has made the bike stable when engaged but the horn is blaring! Any ideas? As it still locking and unlocking.

low fluid will cause air in the system and then you get the dreaded horn. you need to have the system flushed and filled. Also inspect for leaks.

Fluid level being low is a good indication there is a leak, and one common place for leaks is the pressure sensor.
If memory serves, the pressure sensor is located just below the tilt lock fluid reservoir, just 'upstream' of the "T" that sends pressure to either side.
I replaced one of these on my wife's MP3 250, and was shocked that:
1. It fixed the issue, and
2. How very little fluid was leaked into the switching part.
