So I found this type of intake manifold which a reed valve can be added, but without need to modify the crankcase, so basically just plug and play that's what the seller said.

I think this is similar to Polini intake manifold.

What do you guys think about this manifold? Because basically it adds a reed valve on top of the rotary intake. Is it worth as simple tuning for daily ride? Would it be good for fuel economy?

If the rotary valve is good, there will be no benefit from adding reeds. Might even produce less power because of the extra energy needed to open the petals.

If the rotary pad is shot, then this would make sense and will likely increase performance and reduce spitback and therefore help with fuel consumption.
