Interested in the Cosa clutch upgrade - did you have to change anything beside the clutch and primary gear? A few people here have talked about replacing all the gears to get it to mesh properly.

I don't build my motors. I have Matt at Scooter Mercato build them. Try emailing him at matt@scootermercato.com and ask his opinion.
He is rebuilding mine with the original gears since it has less than 3,000 miles on it.
