Are new 2020+ Modern Vespas CA emissions compliant?

I would think if a newer Vespa is Euro 5 compliant it would also be California/50 state compliant?

I believe the Vespas being currently sold in the US are Euro 4 not 5. (But in Europe the current Vespas are Euro 5)

Euro 4 standards seem pretty stringent as well.
I've seen some new Vespa's advertised as Euro 5

A lot of vehicle manufacturers have been making a lot of their vehicles 50 state compliant for sometime to streamline production and keep ahead of the other states that have and may adopt CA emissions standards

So far I have only found a couple threads here most recent is from 2014, I'll keep digging
CA emissions and noise regs have gone Hog wild since then

Anything currently sold in CA will be CA emissions compliant. Otherwise there'd be lawsuits flying all over the place!

My 2022 Gts 300 has a sticker on it that mentions California carb compliance. (Or something to that effect)

No doubts about that.
As a CA resident if my hunch is correct these newer Vespa's are 50 staters and may very well have the elusive CA CARB compliant sticker,
not just the Fed compliant sticker, which would expand my late model, used Vespa winter quest greatly as I trek out of state often
