Greetings from Latvia!
Sorry for making 100+ topic of this problem , but i`ve gone through many topics, but could not make much sense of my problem.
There is mp3 125, it came in for service (oil, filters etc.) but after these services of unknown reason tilt lock stopped working.
I`m person who came to check on it only because i know in which hand i need to grip on multimeter
So after few hours i got some idea on how it works, and what works.
Motor is ok, connecting straight on 12v it moves levers to lock and unlock system.
Microswitch is ok, potentiometer on whole assembly is rotating and looks ok.
Recently pressure sensor was replaced, but now i understand it is different system which only checks for pressure.
When i manually lock tilt (electrically or with screw at the end of motor wormgear) and start scooter, it beeps, and when i press unlock button it unlocks fine and it stops to beep, but i cannot lock it any more.
I measured "B5" wire at lock computer, when it is unlocked it shows 1v, when i start to lock it with screw, it goes up to only 2,8v (instead of 4v?) when it is locked till very end, but i could not find out how i could adjust potentiometer, so it could do 4v when it is in locked position?
Maybe i`m trying doing all this without some factory tools like diagnostic etc, maybe there is no chance to fix all this with screwdriver and multimeter?
Would be grateful for any information on what to do next in troubleshooting this issue!
Thank You!

HI keyls
Greetings from California! Latvia looks like an interesting place to visit going by Google Street view.

It might be useful to find out exactly what the problem is with the motorcycle and its condition.

Information about how it was stored, parked and whether there was significant corrosion of metal and electrical plugs.

You've already done a lot of checks and you have good information that helps. The exact problem with the tilt lock mechanism is not clear

Hello pinheadh78!

A lifetime dream to go to west coast some day (or at least any par of US), hopefully it will come true one day and You`re sure welcome to Baltic states, 4 full seasons in all of them glory

Problem is basically described in my first post, i cannot engage tilt lock, but manually engaging it, i can release it, that`s about it.
Motorcycle condition is decent, it looks like it hasn`t been in any crash, looks straight, not much rust on it anywhere, as we have lots of salt in winters on roads, but we don`t use 2 wheelies during winter season.

I checked most of electric plugs, they look fine, no "greens" on any of them, rubber seals looks fine, so they`re doing their job.
Battery also was installed new and we can strike that out.

So the problem is actually that i start bike, push tilt lock switch, nothing happens, no beeps, no warning lights, nothing. When i engage tilt lock manually, start bike, it beeps all the time, after pushing disengage button few times, it releases lock, and im good to go, unfortunately i cannot lock it again, by button, it never locks it by button...

Hi keyls
To tell the truth, I'm not a mechanic, but I do read allot of forum posts on this and have some questions based on previous posts and debugging. Hopefully once of the more senior and experienced folks is able to give better advice or info. If there is sufficient value in the motorcycle to fix it then taking it to a dealer might be worth the expense.

The basic summary is the push-button tilt lock does not engage the system. It can only disengage the tilt lock after the tilt lock has been manually applied.

* Tilt lock reservoir have fluid at expected levels
* The tilt-lock switch works to unlock the system so it should be working to lock it too.
* This thread mentions a hidden release system for a similar model, does your bike have this? Tilt lock stuck + alarm ==> solved!
* Lots more troubleshooting idea here too Tilt lock advice please
