So I swapped the carb on my p200 recently to have the stock 2424 on it, definitely no issues with fuel, jetting, gunk etc.

Ride for approx 15 minutes then park it not running for five. Will not fire back up unless it sits for about half an hour or so. I took the plug out and noticed it is kinda oily and also noticed a small amount of oil coming 'up' from the exhaust flange towards the cylinder when running. See video below on that. Could this be too much blowby fouling the plug with oil due to wrong sizes ring gap or possibly oil pump sending too much?

I'll check that too thanks. Tank is new so it should be good but I'll take a look.

So I was reading an article and looking for feedback on the air/fuel mixture screw. I'm used to air/fuel screws (on other types of bikes) being adjusted to the point of highest revs, anything more outward will stutter and anything more inward will do same.

This article says 'tightening the screw will reduce the mix, and loosening it will increase the mix.' Should I not be adjusting for highest revs on the vespa? Instead adjusting inward more until its not sending too much oil through?

Thanks yeah sounds like I could lean it out some but I'll start from stock setting and go from there. Problem I have is running it hard for 15 minutes or so makes it almost impossible to restart most times and that's when the engine is warm and time is right actually adjust it.
