E-Bay motors, sourced from any number of Indian vendors. Generally modest prices and acceptable quality. 2 week shipping included in my experience. Wrapped in Indian newsprint which is interesting to read.

Or, Scooter Mercato, or SIP, among others. Lots of OEM and vintage parts. Watch out for shipping charges, though, with SIP. Can be pricey.
