Anyone knows where may I find this guy on this side of the Atlantic? I'm waiting for a refund from the guys at Scooter-Speed in CA.

They charged me twice before letting me know they don't take international credit cards ...

If you don't see it in three days, I would dispute charge with CC company. Makes any company in general move a bit faster when CC company gets a complaint and contacts them. I get that money comes off card instantly, sometimes I just don't see pending in a day or two and it's a bit annoying especially that much money.

I contacted the people at Scooter Speed again yesterday but no response, other than they are closed for this week and that they don't take intl credit cards. However, they've charged me for not one but two exhausts!

My cards have a phone number on back of card to contact CC company and start a complaint.

I called my bank, and they told me to ask the seller for cancellation proof. I did but still haven't got a reply from the sales team at Scooter-Speed. I'll try Mark directly, since my bank still sees the transaction as 'processed'. They told me they're closed for this week, as well as their landline said last week :/.

The saddest thing is they're the only one selling the piece in the USA. My second choice is the SIP road 3.0 from the trusty team at the Mercato. We'll see…

I got a reply this morning. All is well. I didn't take the time difference into account.

Scooter-Speed is very reliable and trustworthy.

glad that all worked out, it seems that a simple misunderstanding can sometimes be compounded by time differences and communication. mark is good people and I've ordered from scooter speed without problems countless times.

give mercato a try and if you can't get it there, give a shout to George over at Scooterpartsco he has a line in with European dealers and is well versed in international shipping.

No doubt! Their reply was super kind and at 7am on a week they're closed! I liked the idea of earlier action from that box but I've read good things abou this one too.
