Random found me and is asking for help getting spark on his CA legal 2 stroke Tuktuk. I can't find anything official Indian 2 stroke, just 4 strokes and diesel literature. Best I've found was Piaggio Ape. Link I found said 14* BTDC (see below). Anyone got any info/contradictions?
