Hi again,

Does the piston ring gap need to change based on the size of the cylinder?

I understand that 0.4mm is the standard gap for a piston rings for a p200 standard cylinder.

My question is: does that gap need to change if I have an oversized cylinder? (In my case 2nd OS).

Thanking you in advance.

No change. You'll get oversize rings with your oversize piston. Keep it the same .4mm gap and youre good to go!
