I used to see those weird semi-enclosed BMW's in London when I was spending time over there ten or so years ago. They look just a little "off" going down the road, but they definitely made sense in the cold and rain.

I wonder if they are faster with top? We all know scooters and motorcycles are as aerodynamic as a barn door.

I went to that strange museum with the mod mannekins too. It's right around the corner from the Colosseum. Not bad!
