I have a 2007 LX150 and am trying to get the right sized fuel lines replaced. All my local parts stores don't seem to have an exact match. Wondering if anyone knows the OEM size? Txs

I believe it should be 3/16" ID 5/16" OD

If you go with clear fuel line, make sure it's Tygon, which is gas resistant. You can find it on Amazon.

Much appreciated! The clear lines was the closest Advanced had and it was in the lawn equipment section. I'll head there again today to see if I can find any 3/16" inner diameter. Only thing worse than a fuel leak is an oil leak.

If you can't find any in the stores, they sell it on Amazon.

. This is 3/16" inner but not 5/16" out. Do you think it would work? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09YQ3H7QF/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AGP79CH3F2FYA&psc=1

I would buy this from Scooterwest. They have a kit for the LX and, for peace of mind, you can get it with a fuel tap and clamps.
Not all tygon is the same. Not by a long shot. If you want to see some examples, go to McMaster-Carr and take a look. You could easily buy tygon tubing online and buy tubing designed for water, for example.

Take it to a motorcycle or automobile parts counter. They'll find something that will fit and cut you a length for less than OEM. It might be black rubber, but it'll work and last a long time.

I would not predict that a hose from the lawn equipment section would be safe for fuel ...

Recently I needed fuel line. I couldn't find it locally. 3/16" is a weird size for the auto stores.

Scooterparts had what I needed and it came fast!

Thanks everyone for the input. ScooterWest finally got back to me and I was able to order the correct line plus the fuel tap. Mine is original and completely gunked over so I'm sure it needs to be replaced.

It was lawnmower gas line.

Isn't that a vacuum line? I think it's part of the fueling circuit, but doesn't actually carry gasoline.

Anyways, if you talked to ScooterWest, I'm sure they got you setup with the right stuff.

It's 6mm id, and the big stuff is 8mm. 5x9mm is a common replacement size, because it stays on way too well.

Yeah I'm stoked they had what I need without having to retrofit.

Quick update; the stalling kept happening even after replacing the lines and fuel bladder from ScooterWest. I finally took it all apart and found a little brass reducer in one of the vent lines. The one that goes to the intake side of the carb. Took the LX for a 20 mile ride yesterday and so far so good! Has anyone else removed this little reducer from the T fitting?
