Freshening up a 3 speed 90cc smallie with 19mm carb and manifold,Leo vince pipe and new rings.Then the cogs on the 4 speed parts motor in the hoard gave me the Stink Eye and appeared to mock the 3.Its a short ride,round town scoot with very occasional open road riding.Soooooo what bits from the donor fiddy 4 should jump to the 90..if any?

If I'm not mistaken the early small door 90 with the smaller case opening for the barrel and two legged dog is incompatible with later gearboxes. The later 90 should take any 4 speed box and work well with the 90 primaries for around town.
