I'm back in Spain for the first time since COVID. Got to say that there seems to be a lot less Vespas, especially older ones since I was last here. I've been enjoying some cool Moto Guzzi stuff. Got to check out the new V100 Mandello which was cool as we won't be getting it in Australia for at least another year. Also visited Classic Co Garage, an awesome Guzzi restorer and custom builder. And went to an absolutely amazing museum with hundreds of only Spanish built bikes and scooters. Here's a link to another thread on the museum.
Made In Spain It's been a great trip.

I am currently in Madrid visiting family for the holidays. Vespas seem to be everywhere, but Yamahas NMAX along with Chinese models are becoming more common in the streets.

I visited Vespa Roma to buy some parts and accessories.

Vespas are so much affordable here in Madrid compared to the States, almost $2K cheaper than comparable priced US models, when you add destination fees, taxes, plus title and registration fees. Parts and accessories are also cheaper than in the States.

I'll try to visit the motorcycle museum next week before I return to the States.

The museum really is worth a visit and Alcala de Henares is a beautiful town. I realised that there aren't nearly as many old 2 stroke Vespas around anymore as they've brought in pollution laws in the centre of Madrid.
