I have a 2005 vespa LX50 and it runs really well but the miles are high so I assume it needs CVT servicing.
My plan is to:
Change the drive belt (OEM)
Change the oil belt. (OEM)
Change rollers and slides (should I go for OEM, Dr pulley or malossi)
I'm considering rebuilding the clutch with new O rings and seals but I'm having no problems with it so I don't think I need to, what do you guys think?
Also I'll be following this video but just wondering how different the 2 stroke is and where is the oil belt located.
Thanks

The oil belt is behind the oil pump assembly and the pulley, I think.

Do you know if it is much work to replace when doing the belt and variation

You take the clutch apart, lubricate it and replace the o-rings and seals so you don't have problems, not because you let it go so long that it broke.
When transmission parts fail, whether it's the clutch or the variator, it usually takes out more than the part that broke.
At the very least, you might consider taking apart the clutch, putting in a lot of grease, then replacing the o-rings and slapping it back together. Because it's old, the spring probably isn't quite as springy as it was when new. You can use the Malossi torsion controller to add a bit of preload, and also help the clutch open and close more smoothly, or replace the contra spring. This is one of those parts that wears or ages so gradually that you don't really notice that it's not what it used to be. But it's important because it keeps the belt down in the variator while the scooter is accelerating. Once it wears, the belt will ride higher on the variator under less engine power, and that slows the scooter down.

I think I just stuck a large screwdriver in there, but I don't really remember. You will need a holder for the pulley.
You should order a couple of those flanged nuts. They are one-time use only. Also, you won't find them in a hardware store.
