Today (and every day, really), we need to take a moment to remind ourselves to be kind and generous to those who serve us and make our lives easier.

Today and every day I always try to take a short time for some introspection and reflection. It's an alone time for me.

I think about stuff that I usually take for granted such as shelter food on my table and stuff like that. I also think and thank my healthcare providers who have kept me in one piece after so many years.

I also think about the inspiration behind those people who give their time freely to help those who are last advantaged than me.

In native american indian culture, the most successful hunter,
who passed out his game to all other members of the tribe,
was held in high regard. His nobility was in not expecting any
return for this gesture.
