Modern Vespa

Noticed a few scooter threads get side tracked by the cats in them.

I never was a crazy cat person until we got these two for my girls about 5 years ago, they are brother and sister.

A co-worker at the time found them in a bush in his backyard, he watched for the mother for a couple of days but no sign of her so he brought them into work, all 9 were gone by lunch time.

The brown male is 22 pounds and more like a dog than a cat.

My husband is allergic. The first three are his cousin's kitties, and the last one is my cousin's, who also has three.

Plenty more fish in the sea.

HA! I can get my kitty fix visiting relatives, but my husband is a keeper.

Felt bad to do this to our cats, they were small at the time when spayed and neutered, a couple years later I saw a blow up ring on a dog, way better solution it seems

My SIL is allergic to cats. Takes medication.
Her husband does not like cats.
She has 15 cats in the back yard in a heated and cooled condo her husband built for her

She has another 10 cats in their house.
These are her "babies", she rescues cats.

Winters are the best. He takes many w/e ski vacations....without any of the 26.

Not really a cat person but my daughter brought home a stray and we're stuck with her. The weirdo loves sitting on top of the back door.

Another tuxedo cat. We got him a couple months ago. We really wanted an adult cat (he's almost 2 yo). He has about 2 dozen names. The most common one at the moment is Mr Tookananda. Everyday he impresses us with something new he learned how to do. This morning, he figure out how to let himself in our bedroom window.

Reminds me of a Benny Hill story about 2 people in an Old Folks Home where one says to the other," See that cat over there coming in, he's only got one eye".
The other replies, " He's not coming in, he's going out".

I have always lived in a home belonging to a cat where the humans do all the work and pay the mortgage.

Currently we are rehoming a cat from yet another family that is emigrating to Australia. My wife and daughter name cats after food (???!!!) so our present (fat) cat Nacho is still getting to know the new (thinner) cat Asha...

It's a laborious process to adopt an adult cat.

My Aprilia SR scooter lives out on the street under a cover. I got a good fright one day when removing the cover and saw a face looking up at me. Our cat likes to climb under and sit on the seat as it's nice and warm.

Neighborhood cat has adopted me. She shows up when she hears the garage door go up.

Lives across the street with several other cats.

Owner takes her in at night, feeds her, etc.

She's a sweetheart. Motor's always running.

Butch. 16 and insulin dependent. Four more to follow- Lacy, Jake, Eufaula and Muddy.

I don't have cats, but these two guys live in my house.

I am the same as you although sans husband. I have such a great affinity to cats and dogs. So much so that whenever I go visit folks with pets I can quickly bond to them. They come and sniff around and sit on my lap. Why then not to have my own pet? Because I too am allergic. 😿🐶

Cats and Dogs have been part of my life for most of it.

They fill our hearts and homes as part of our family.
