Vespa dealer didn't have the color she wanted, so we ordered a Primavera 150 in verde amabile. I'm probably going to sell the Christmas Vespa myself, because the dealer really lowballed us on trade in. Thank to all of you for the advice.

I'm sure she will be happy with the 150. While not as fast as the GTS it fits inseam challenged better and if she does need more speed later you can either put a 190 kit on it or by then she may be comfortable enough to handle the weight and width of a GTS. In the meantime enjoy the rides.

How old is your elder son? Rather than selling, do you hang on to it?

I bought my wife a 2023 Primavera 150 and hid it in my walkout basement office closet for a few months until christmas morning. She had been wanting a Vespa for awhile and after our trip to Italy last year even more. She had no idea it was coming. She was so excited. We both took the MSF and it was a lot of fun. After awhile, we decided we wanted to be able to go to Vespa rallies and do fun events and travel, so I bought a 2023 GTS 300 Super and a Kendon trailer.

Looking forward to putting more miles on them together.

I posted the new 150 in another thread. I've ordered some bits from ScooterWest, and SIP. I also ordered a Vespa top case from Italy. Everything is here except the stuff from SIP. 😒
