I got a clutch from Beepspeed but after installing with a 3.7 thrust washer its not working. clutch not working when in gear when pulling the clutch lever.

Have you properly adjusted out the travel at the cable end before the plunger engages the plate ? Should be about 2-3mm at the handle bar lever.

I hate the 7 spring type. If you can exchange it for a Cosa clutch. Fits the same but works better and longer.
