Hi, I had my vespa services after it got knocked over, and the front left blinker won't blink, and the back left blinker won't turn on. They guy came and fixed it a month ago, but when I went to ride it today, they wouldn't work.
If I recall correctly (my Primavera is put away for the winter) there's one screw holding the lens in place. Remove the screw and pull the lens out, then you can get to the bulb. When you replace the lens be sure the slotted tab on the back catches the slot in the stalk. (I'm assuming you have the US style turn signals. If you put your location in your profile it helps.)
