When operating tilt switch sometimes works fine other times constant beep and won't lock suspension took of plastic the cable seems to stop working about 2 thirds of way switch off do reset then it works again cleaned wheel sensors topped up fluid new tilt switch wondering if battery is problem it's 11 years old

11 year old battery! Seriously???

You've got about triple your money's out of that thing.

Replace the batt before it konks out without warning and leaves you stranded since the MP3 does not have a kickstart.

And there's a 50/50 chance it may fix your other issue as well.

Thanks to be fair I've only had the bike a year and it's always started first time it was only when I checked date on battery and it said 2011 I realised it's probably original battery

New battery soorted out all my tilt lock issues
