I am restoring a 1980 P200E. Just bought a new wiring harness, replaced the stator etc... ScooterMercato has been awesome. I ran the new wire harness to the front of the bike. Went pretty well with the use of electrical tape and a fish. Required patience. Quick question though. I am not seeing the two connectors for the rear brake light switch. I figured when I took the rear brake out of the floor those connectors would be in the general vicinity. Anyone know what colors those lines should be? The schematic Shows Blue/Blue but I am not seeing any Blue/Blue lines coming off the main wiring harness headed to the front of the bike. I am also not seeing and in the gas tank area that seem to have the correct color and terminal sizes. Do I need to pull those lines back from the center of the main harness in the fuel tank or should they be hanging off the harness towards the front of the bike because I don't see them? Any help is appreciated. They must be built into the harness right?

blue & white. it will be on the harness where your rear brake lights, wires to junction, neutral safety light, and wires to battery/regulator originate from-

have you contacted SM over the phone for this? Those guys are great and can help you out on the item you ordered from them.

Thanks so much. I see a two stranded Blue line with one terminal which looks the right size for the brake pedal switch, and a single white line with a smaller terminal. I dry fitted them and they seem to fit properly. There is a decent amount of slack there so maybe I need to fish that back under the bike to the Brake pedal? Seems like the logical choice here. I was thinking theses lines would branch off from the harness under the bike, but I think i need to pull them back under. I have an email into SM, I will give them a shout if I don't hear back. I think you helped me here, thats seems like the correct strand of wires. Thanks again!
