Augh... such a stupid problem. I had a similar issue when I bought a Buddy 170 off a friend. Despite the fact that the title said Genuine on it, and I was registering it in the same state and county it was originally sold in, they just couldn't get it right at the office. It ended up getting registered as a PGO.

Not quite as weird as having a Vespa-Piaggio MP3, I suppose.
