I live in canada and it is expensive to get parts for the vespa (i have 2005 et4 150)

Although during winter a few times I can get my parents to bring me back packages from the states so I am going to order some parts!

I am flirting with the idea of ordering the 190 kit

https://scooterpartsco.com/01-malossi-master-part-list-c-170_180/malossi-190cc-cylinder-kit-for-vespa-et4-lx150-carburetor-p-209[/url]

however It seems I need some sort of gasket or consumable kits. anyways this part confuses me. i found this

https://scooterpartsco.com/021-vespa-c-801_802/cylinder-gasket-and-seal-set-for-150cc-vespa-piaggio-494985-p-261

but not sure if its overkill or not, or just redunant. basically my question is:
if i buy the 190 kit. what else do i need to buy??

The kit comes with all the gaskets needed for install.

I would recommend picking up the items for an oil change— filter, o-ring, add a valve cover gasket, air filter and spark plug.

If you don't have a larger #38 idle I'd suggest picking one up as well.

Let me know what price you're being quoted for the kit, I might be able to get it to you cheaper, especially if you're between Windsor and the GTA.

I had posted this a long time ago but no one took me up on it. People seemed more witch-hunty than actually wanting to save money [SHIP] Malossi 190cc for $285!
Price is in USD in that thread but I'm in Toronto, driving to Windsor next week.
