Just get the original Piaggio part.

AF1 racing lists it at only $23, although currently out of stock.

It's probably not that bearing making the noise. You also can't replace that bearing, it won't come out of the idler wheel. You just replace the idler wheel. The bearing is moulded into the wheel.
The idler wheel doesn't spin much, it just occasionally gets brushed by the belt when you slam the throttle shut and when at idle.

You could try running the bike (briefly) without the pulley to confirm if it was this making the noise. Save you some money and hassle.

That's about the going rate everywhere that has them in stock. I have no idea why a plastic wheel with a bearing in it is so expensive. And Piaggio sells the bolt that attaches the part to the crankcase in bags of ten, so apparently they do get replaced or serviced quite often.
