I think my ecu is stuffed. Can a dealer with the appropriate software verify this or is it possible to reset the ecu? The symptoms are when I turn on the Ignition the fan starts and the injector dumps fuel everywhere. Although the part numbers are the same I notice my version No is 903.05.010.07A and others end the version with .08E are they interchangeable?
Thankyou for your advise finally found the fault was caused by a high resistance fuse. The secondary fuse block is down low where water can cause corrosion.
So as i understand it ecu's do the same job whether 250 or 500 just but are individualised by the chip in the masterkey
