We drove through So-Cal on Monday and missed the snow. It was in the 20s during our Nor-Cal visit. We were glad we brought an electric blanket to combat the chill.

If the impressive thing about a talking dog isn't how well he does it but is instead the fact that a dog is actually talking, then the snow around here was pretty impressive. This is a screenshot from a video made at the in-laws' house in Redlands yesterday.

And in Tennessee we have been in a false spring with warm and/or wet days so that Rees and flowers are blooming. Though temps are supposed to drop end of the week. I just hope we don't get another hard freeze.

That is so weird so much snow in California. I thought it was known for being sunny and warm all year long.

My son-in-law just returned from touring with Vonda Shepard in Europe.

Here he is just arriving home today in Pine Mountain Club, California. PMC is about a 75 mile drive north of our home in Los Angeles.

My daughter shoveled a path for him.

Yeah, we can do snow in So Cal.
