2020 Sei Giorni Instrument Cluster Noise

The instrument cluster on my 2020 Sei Giorni is making noise. I get moving, the speedometer moves and starts making noise. Sounds like a scraping or rubbing noise. Thought it was coming from my front wheel cuz it started soon after I did front brakes. But definitely coming from the instrument cluster
I know this can be an issue on mechanical speedometers. I've never heard of it on a speedometer that uses a speed sensor signal.

I've had my instrument cluster off, there is no speedometer cable just wires going to it.

I could be wrong, I do own three; excuse me, four scooters now.

Wonder if it's related to the brake job then?
Going to have to look closer at anything I did to the front end.
