I broke both of my two front turn signals on my '09 MP3 500. One is missing entirely, I think someone yanked it off and stole it or something. So I'm considering purchasing two new LED blinkers including the housing for the front.

Does anyone have any good recommendations?

Will I need euro spec turn signal relay or something?

If going the LED route, then you must run the Piaggio LED relay to avoid hyperflash.

I posted the p/n# in one of my previous posts.

Using resistors is a hack and defeats the whole purpose for getting LED

Not quite - the purpose of going LED for turn signals isn't to save electrical power (the saving is frankly fuck-all) but to have very rapid turn ON and turn OFF of the LED, which makes it much more 'punchy' and noticeable in use.
