Because Red Rover has never been registered in CA and because there is no paperwork, the DMV is wanting me to have a 3-year bond before they give me a firm title. Yeah, I screwed up and started the process. I made the mistake of being truthful and now the VIN is in the system. Damn!
That's why I'm asking if there is still an alternative
