I'm looking to buy some PX/PK multi plug terminals (both male and female), the only caveat is that i'm wanting to buy about 10~30 of each...maybe even 50 of each? If i buy them individually from SIP...well, i don't want to talk about it because they cost about $1 each. Does anyone know of a supplier in the US who sells them in a small bulk quantity? I have absolutely no idea of any cross reference number for them. Or are they a proprietary terminal that Piaggio uses? They definitely are not a Molex connector.

Male terminal- https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/cable-plug-multi-plug-wiring-harness_21836900

Female terminal- https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/cable-eye-plug-1-0-2-5mm-cable-round-pin-bushing_21837000

How exact a match are you looking for? these molex connectors are pretty darn close.

Those Molex aren't even close...

larger Multi Plug in the left, smaller Molex on the right.

A good place to start a search.

I didn't even attempt them yet. I'd be way over my head sifting through hundreds (thousands?) of different pin shaped terminal and would quickly get lost.

I have been using the ones found on PC PSUs. They're the same diameter and the tool that comes with them is really handy…

Do you have any part numbers or a link to where you got them?

Thank you very much SaFiS! A second question...do you know what gauge wires can be crimped into those terminals? Ideally i'd get a few different sizes so that i couple crimp two different wires into the same terminal.

I've managed to squeeze a 1.75mm² that I used on my T5's stator and the double grays on the loom's multiplug (I think they're 1.5mm²)...

I ordered 100 males and 100 females. The modDIY website sure looks like it's a US based company, but it might be a while before all those connectors arrive from Tai Kok Tsui, HONG KONG. Hopefully it's shipping by air and not on a slow boat...
