Back with more BGM 177 tech-

This time to 1979 p125x cases.

There is plenty of gasket surface to bolt the BGM 177 cylinder kit on & go! This means ZERO reason to bolt on a DR 177 (1980's tech).

Matching case to the cylinder if you go this direction-leaving no power on the table.

You can match the case in the clutch side; plenty of material to work with on the case.

Matching to the Flyside will be problematic as you are going to break through. Find a good TIG welder or send to a competent mechanic or myself to weld up the area.

Lastly, don't use JB Weld; do it right the first time.

BGM 177 gasket applied to p125x case.

I have outlined the transfers of the cylinder onto the case.

A magnitude of material on the Clutchside, you will not break through.

Flyside case. Red arrow points to the area that needs material added to the case.

Area filled up with material.

Wow looks great can you post a follow up after the transfers have been matched. Any work to the rotary?

Just information. The information may help someone decide which direction to go with p125x cases.
