It looks like you need a new cush drive, aka xmas tree. They work in concert with the gear stack/drive shaft. That's not a clutch. Good luck with getting your bike squared away and back on the road .

Yes most of the springs are broken or shagged, at least I know now what the issues have been.

Oh and the small end bearing wasn't to clever either.
