I have just fitted a Malossi 210 to my P200. The AC is 160 and the mixer is a BE3. At present it has a 120 main jet, but the colour of the plug is cream/white, which means it runs too lean.
1) Will I damage the piston before I have fitted a bigger jet?
2) And what size jet do you recommend?

Remember to re-time the ignition to 18deg btdc.

What carb is it? Si 24e?

Timing is at 18deg and carb is the normal 24.

You could reduce air corrector to a 120 also, that would richen it up and keep jets in a reasonable size range carburetor was made to use.

I wouldn't run mine on purpose anything near white.

I ended up using:
55/160, BE3 160, 125

On a si26g

But that's with a SIP JL expansion pipe.

My jets are the same, except for the 120. Unfortunately I don't have a 125, thus I will try the 120 AC

I have a 130 main jet though, maybe I must try that before I end up with a hole in the piston.

It'll run on a 130, idle and under 1/2 throttle will be terrible though.
