Got me a pair of LED headlights (dual beam with DRL) for the project. They are meant for Harleys but I've seen similar (EVOK single beam with DRL) sold in Italy and SC. Unfortunately nothing ready made for a PK so it needs an adapting rim. Took me a couple of hours in Fusion 360 to design one and I need to print it to see if I got the dimensions right...

Slowly gathering hard to find parts. After the free unobtainium ETS horn cover, I found me a cheap (60€) handlebar bottom on the Italian eBay...

You doing exactly what I wanted to do with my PK 50 S.
But then I looked at things rationally and decided that it would be too difficult and expensive for me to make my S looking like ETS.
I have only two ETS correct parts - handlebar cover and glove box. So I left my S as it is.
For some time.
Better to throw some money into engine. And original rear light is in very bad shape and I'm constantly fighting the temptation to buy a new ETS style one
Anyway ETS is one of my favourite Vespa and I watching your thread with huge interest.

P.S. Maybe you have dimensions of ETS side panels and mudguard stripes decals?

Personally I really like Polini Original.

And about your cylinder - it seems like alloy version with extra 10cc of this one? Piston seems very similar.

Wow Chris, so that's THREE PKs added to your stock and you have dibs on a fourth , another ETS Elestart!

VERY nice find indeed! Those 125XL's had the best (smallframe) cases and the best fork to ever to come out of the Piaggio plant. I have been keeping my eyes out for a 125XL with the magic E start button for the past 10 years. I'll keep looking, but i don't foresee finding one ever.
You guys got me convinced, I too have always wanted an early PK125XL without so much plastic like my PK50XL2 has. So I pulled the trigger on this low kilometer '87 and I LOVE it! I don't want Elestart & battery etc, so this one is perfect for me.

A pretty good deal because needs a rear axle seal and few other little things, but it runs like a champ and so easy to handle w/ my bum back. '78 P200 I sold weighed 238 pounds, PK125 only 182.

I love my older smallies too, but this is so much easier & better to RIDE.
It is red, very RED!

Nice score Terry! That one looks exactly like mine did (back when it was in better shape). I really liked everything about it when it was still stock. Easy to pick up and move around, very nimble at low speeds, and since they're so narrow, they don't take up very much space when parking it somewhere. It's one scooter i would trade a P200 for.

The last time I ordered from 10 Pollici, they shipped my part to some bloke in England.
He somehow found me on here, and then out of pure goodness of heart - shipped the part to me.

They have good prices and sometimes only place to find a part in stock, but their shipping can be a little, well, creative.

I had one of those spoilers on my primavera back in the 80's with the fog /marker lights on the bottom. Can't remember how I wired them in and you couldn't even read your beeper with the limited illumination. Still a cool nostalgic item. Also had this SHAFT exhaust was great until it fell off and was damaged.

SaFiS you beat me to it, I was going to say I like the silver hub best but I like the all black rim and wheel combo. Think I like the FA Italia wheel can you photo shop that

Though i have a few different scooters that have black hubs, i MUCH prefer a silver color for hubs and wheels. I do have a pair the SIP tubeless matte black with the polished lip. I have them bolted to a silver PX 5 start hub.

I think the matte black SIP wheels with a polished lip would also look sharp on a black NT hub too.

I've just never been a fan of black wheel in general (on motos, cars, or trucks). They look too much like cheap steel winter snow wheels for a distance. Though i will admit that on some builds that they can look quite sharp.

That pipe is a functionally elegant piece of art, I can see why no banana for you now!

Personally I'm not liking the all black look. The cutouts just seem odd.
The hub looks great, that rim I'm not feeling honestly.

I have some FA Italia wheels w/ a similar style that I painted to match an avocado green bike, but just the background w/ shiny aluminum rim and 'spokes'.
I masked everything, a real PIA. You could try a 2" disk sander while you spin the hub if this look appeals to you.
