I'm looking to update the headlight on my 06 LX150 and am able to get a good deal on an LED headlight for a Primavera. Does anyone know if a headlight from a Primavera will physically fit on an LX? I'm okay with making a few mods to make it fit and also fine with having to rewire things to get proper power to it, I'm more concerned with knowing if the physical dimensions will allow it to fit.
Thank you in advance.

the LX headlight is 155mm and i can't seem to find a solid answer on exactly how big the primavera lamp is. it lists several places as 6" so it would be slightly smaller at 152mm with the correlation that primavera headlight rings are listed at 155-ish mm. so I'm guessing that it could be made to fit the hole.

the mounting looks very *similar*, but without holding one in my hands I'm not to say. also not sure on adjustment.

remember that some LED headlights take DC power to run, and I'm not sure if the LX150 is DC or AC (I know the 50 is AC)

wiring wise, this may be of help: H4 ro LED adapter

if it's cheap enough, I'd say give it a whirl!

Thank you for the reply. It does seem like it should work. I'll likely just give it a try and take some pics along the way in case it helps others with a similar question down the road. I have a 3D printer so if I need to make a small adapter or something, should be doable.

Interesting that the 50s use AC power. This is my first Vespa so I did not realize that AC power was even a thing on a scooter. I have my 150 in pieces (doing a full restore) and all the components, including the stock light bulbs, are all DC so I suspect I'll be fine there, but thanks for pointing that out.
