I stumbled upon this youtube video late last night when sometimes one goes down the wormhole at 2AM.
Was interesting to see this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YVUPS9Jf2U
and then saw another video of the build of the camper itself.
Wonder if anyone has built or bought a teardrop camper to hitch on the back of their Vespa's..
I haven't seen any in the NYC area, doubt I would see one here anyways.
It is interesting that people are finding ways to use their Vespas...

But then the Inder is only but a miniature cousin of the big thing!

My Inder trailer was about the size of a shopping cart and weighed 70 lbs empty. It was an empty cavity inside. I built my own hitch. There are others on MV that have built better hitches than mine but I didn't want to do custom machining. I tried to capture every MV post I could on trailers and hitches. I'm sure I missed some but here's the list.

The Inder is a one-wheeled trailer pulled behind the bike like a wagon but also tilts at the same angle as the bike due to the hitch design. My bike with the Inder was a star where ever I went and people were always giving me a thumbs-up while on the road. It was a unique setup.

My GTV 250 was strong and I never sensed the added weight during acceleration. It tended to sway a bit when I went over 60 mph. It was fun but I sold it to a woman in San Diego after my Vespa got totaled.

Anyway, I hope my picture and links provide you with some answers to build your own trailer.

See my "BEHOLD..." post in the list above for details on the hitch.

See Capt. Gary's posts about the Inder in the list above. He built the best hitch in my option. You can make a hitch easily, sorta, with a u-joint.

Personally, I think the teardrop trailer looks a little heavy and wide. I'd be afraid of scraping the side of it. Regardless, I'm glad to answer any questions you might have.
