No pricing information. They give their address as Netherlands Cyprus.

I am more interested in power increases, not speed. Have nowhere to use more speed. I still don't know what the top speed of my scooters is. Max I have ever done is 135 kph (once!), and that was speedo speed, probably really 125 or so.

Need more info. But anyway I don't have an HPE yet. Waiting for the 2023 model to get to Australia.

Your psychic powers are very good.

Yes, I like that red very much. Hope we get a GTS300 in that colour in Australia.

The red ones may be the fastest, but which colour is the most powerful?

You can have both speed and power by adding blue neons underneath the red one!

I love gloss black but would rather be visible. Don't like any matt colours.

Same. I'm not sure if they have tweaked power or just the limiter (speed + rpm).

Oooooh, boy, do I really have an urge to figure this out. However, I've learned my lesson that a 3 minute tutorial video very easily turns into a 2 week project.

Also, the "I didn't want to connect directly to the battery and blow up, but I just did it anyway" bit was kind of unsettling.

One of the things that was interesting to me when I had the speedo-correcting tone wheel installed was that the top speed felt the same. My HPE gets right up to 75mph (120kph), but you really have to sit on it to get it up to 82 (130). I get that modding the ECU can affect performance more than just moving the governor, but I have a hard time imagining a practical use for going faster than mine goes now. (I've hit the top speed plenty on California highways, but I've never been disappointed/worried I couldn't go faster.)

One of the things I really like about the Vespa is that it doesn't go any faster than reasonable. I've often heard "big bike" riders make remarks about looking at the speedometer and realizing they were "accidentally" going 100mph+. I'm happy that I physically cannot have that problem.

IF (a big IF) i would go for this and tune my GTV, i would need to add better disc-breaks?
Any other things i should consider safety wise?

Here some extra info from their site:

DESCRIPTION
Ecu Performance Tuning for Vespa 300 GTS – HPE – GTV with ASR

We have created a Powerfull Ecu Performance Software for the Vespa 300 engine with ASR.

No need to Change the ASR Disk for more speed, all is don with a Software Upgrade from Maicson Ecu Tuning LTD.

The Performance Software will give the engine Faster Throttle response, More Torque and More HP.

Some model are restricted on speed and on Throttle opening to max 85% after modification Throttle will open 100%. Also Torque limiters and Rpm Limiter will be modified for Optimal Power!

Changes in software:

Throttle from 85% to 100%
Torque Limiters set max performance
RPM Limiter and Speed limiter unlock ( up to 11.500 rpm)
Better fuel Timing
100% More Power as Dynojet / Malossi Force Master
A lot More in the software !!!
No need to change ASR Disk!!

Torque limiters???

In a Vespa?

Dynojet and Forcemaster make very little difference on a HPE as it is already so highly tuned, so 100% more isn't saying much.

I'm a little bit skeptical.

don't expect as massive an improvement as they claim but some would be possible especially the removing / raising the speed limiter

there won't be enough improvement to require brake changes. but brake changes could be nice anyway.

if you do go ahead with this you could consider getting a sports exhaust first (eg Arrow or Akrapovic etc)

Thank you..
Indeed for a Vespa GTV 300 HPE 2023.
I'm new to this so also having doubts as its on only software and not cheap at all at $432.

Then again in a video from them the GTV does reach 152 km/h.

Thanks a lot

Akra is on the list and for now it's all just curiosity as i won't make those rigorous changes to my new Vespa but wowawiwaa that GTV is reaching 152 km/h with only software.
$432 software that is, which also seems a bit over the top tbh.

Sorry, Sledge, I got a beige one.

But I changed the Piaggio emblem at the top of the horn cover for a black and red one, and have Bitubo shocks with red springs. Does that count?

Try painting the ECU red. Ideally in the malossi shade
