I am my own first responder. I refuse to submit to others deciding what is right for me. I respect others opinions and expect others to respect my opinions. One persons opinion should not be a fact others must treat as gospel. As others here would and have said "you do you", I agree. I will continue to do "me".

I agree, everyone should make their own decision. Many here
are simply bringing forth industry recommendations. I appreciate
everyone's input. Hey, I am the dude that went 15 years with the
same helmet.
