I know that Spain was a popular destination for Brits over the
years on holiday. Reasonably priced flights.

So, Roberto, did you visit and just didn't go home? I met a
guy who was the captain of the scuba diving tourist boat in
Hawaii. He visited on vacation and simply never went home
to Ohio.

We moved to the Alpujarras to a little village of about 50 people, talk about in at the deep end for a lifestyle change. We still worked online when there was only SKYPE. We sold moved round southern spain, bought and sold properties and traded up to where we are now over the Med. A long hard roller coaster journey but if it was easy .................... whats the point.

Welcome to Modern Vespa, and hello from Oregon on the West Coast of the US.

Southern Spain means near Seville or Malaga... or around there I am guessing.
Someday hope to visit that part of the world...

I live in the Costa Tropical which is about 45 minutes east of Malaga. If you get the chance please vist Seville or Malaga. Seville is beautiful very relaxed and amazing architecture and yet all different cities on one. Malaga is very modern and a buzzing city yet still feels old world. Our favourite is Granada at times it feels you have stepped back in time or in Morocco which influences its style and culture. All of them take another life at night when the Spanish venture out, all great memories.

Recently got back from Malaga it is worth a visit!
