Revving up but not moving is usually a broken belt.

I'm thinking that but the wheel moves slowly.

Ok so if it moves slowly, definitely something wrong with the drive system. Pull the belt cover and look at the variator, for tumbled weights, the clutch pulleys or for any debris blocking things.

A wee bit of conflict of information. Would not move when attempt to pull off was made but rear wheel was moving without engine starting. Think my head hurts a wee bit. just saying.
