Well crud. After the last couple of rides, I smelled coolant. I'm assuming leaking over the exhaust. Looks like I've got some maintenance to do! Just when it's getting warm out

Well, I've been going through everything and can't find the leak. Nothing coming through the water pump weep hole. Can't see any hoses leaking. No crusty coolant residue anywhere. Yet, after a longer ride, the smell permeates.

Any ideas what else I should check. Can the leak be behind the body panels?

I've had 3 minor coolant leaks on my GTS,

first one and most common is the connection under the left floor board, there are vents and seams in the rocker panel that can let air shoot the coolant back and up a bit, first saw it on the left lower motor mount bracket.

Second leak was the hose connection on the hose clamp to the thermostat housing at the top of the engine, this leak would dry up really fast and smell a bit.

3rd one was very minor, when taken the horn cover off in the left upper area.

All were easily fixed with new or tightening existing hose clamps.
