Just replaced tires & rims on my 2018 GTS. I transferred the ABS slotted disc from original rear wheel to a new the rear wheel. Does it matter what the disc position is when attaching it to the rear wheel? I'm having a few issues. (1) it doesn't seem to re calibrate. (2) when I press the ASR button the light won't light however, the light comes on when starting then turns off as it should at 3 mph. Any comments would be appreciated! Ciao

if both the asr and abs light go off when riding then I doubt it's a problem with the abs slotted tone wheels or sensors etc.

does the asr seem to do it's job if you accelerate hard from stationary? ie do you hear/feel it chop a bit of power?

reread the instructions for asr calibration looking for subtleties in wording and where it says things like 'wait 3 sesc' (or how ever long), try waiting an extra second or two.

lastly though, I'm not sure about the asr switch seeming to not work. do you regularly use it or is it just because you were changing the wheel and wanting to recalibrate? if you don't normally use it then it might be that it's a bit flakey. trying switching it back and forth a few dozen times

Definitely not the tone wheel I found out it doesn't matter how it's mounted on the new wheel.
Definitely not the spacing between sensor & tone wheel.
Tried calibration today closely following the instructions. Bingo. Got it.
