I've done my 600 miles valve adjustment using an 8mm box end and needle nose pliers.

I've seen the Bike Master tools as well as other brands.
Is the square adjuster a 3mm or 4mm?
Asking so I can just purchase that tool instead of the whole set at 4X the cost and having tools I'm not going to use.

OR can someone point me in the direction for some at lower cost than the $60-$80 range I've seen?

Here's my valve adjustment set. This plus an 8mm wrench. 3 or 4 mm I don't remember, but a deck screw driven into the end of a piece of a screwdriver handle fits the square adjustment screw perfectly.
Homemade adjustment tool, about a dollar if you don't have an old screwdriver.

I saw that one (I think) and it is $33 now. Wasn't sure about it from the reviews. I read some reviews saying they broke at the weld. Now you got me more willing to take the chance. I know it is still roll of the dice though.

I like that idea of DIY. I bought the short feelers already. I have an 8mm box end. Just wanted something better than pliers to turn that adjuster.

Thank you both for the reply/ideas.
