My Minnesota Scooter Group Riding gang is headed down
to the Famous Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake Iowa for Blues
Legend Buddy Guy's Concert.

You may remember the Surf Ballroom from the Song "The Day
the Music Died" when Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and
Ritchie Valens died in a small plane crash departing Clear
Lake IA and their concert at the Surf. They wanted to fly
to their next gig in North Dakota vs ride the crappy bus.

We leave tomorrow May 10th. I will post ride photos and hopefully
some pics from the concert.

Just got back from a great ride down to Clear Lake Iowa.

Sunny weather from Minneapolis to Iowa, tested our
rains suits on the way back. Buddy Guy's concert
was excellent. He was his classic animated self. He
did his signature walk through out the crowd playing
riffs on his guitar. Concert was named "Dam right
I got the Blues".

My 2022 AK550 Kymco also performed well on the road.
